Festive Order

  • Lunar New Year Menu is available from 02th Feb 2018 to 15th Feb 2018, 20th Feb 2018 to 11th Mar 2018
  • Closed on 16th Feb 2018 (初一) to 19th Feb 2018 (初四)
  • Latest collection time on 15th Feb 2018 (除夕) by 9pm
  • Dishes are not changeable
  • Delivery charges on 15th Feb 2018: $50.00 per trip (buffet), $40.00 (mini buffet / reunion set), 02th Feb 2018 to 14th Feb 2018, 20th Feb 2018 to 11th Mar 2018: $40.00 per trip (buffet), $30.00 (mini buffet / reunion set); delivery charges subjected to surcharges
  • No delivery on 27th Jan 2017 to CBD, Tuas, Sentosa, Jurong Island & Changi and Loyang Area
  • Side orders must be accompanied by a buffet order / mini buffet / reunion set
  • for ala carte side orders, a minimum spending of $200.00 is required, not inclusive of transportation charges of $30.00


  • All online orders must be placed at least five (05) working days in advance prior to event date. Booking(s) are subject to availability. Please note that online submission is not a form of confirmed order.
  • For shorter notice orders, please contact us via phone @ 6755 6755. We will endeavor to meet your request(s); however, Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd reserves the right to decline your order(s).
  • Upon receiving your online submission, our catering consultants will contact you within forty-eight (48) hours to confirm your order. If you do not hear from us, please contact our catering consultants @ 6755 6755 to confirm your order.
  • A surcharge of $80.00 may be imposed for each additional food counter request.
  • We provide ±10% buffer for quantity ordered, subjective to dishes ordered. Customers are strongly advised to place their orders based on the exact number of guests they are inviting.
  • All food items and rental equipments are subjected to availability; Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd reserves the right to replace any food item should it become unavailable at the time of the event.
  • Festive menu & side orders menu are available instead of regular priced menu during festive and/or peak periods (e.g. Christmas and Chinese New Year). Certain festive menus are compulsory during these periods. Please check with our catering consultants or online for the most updated menu.
  • Non-refundable 50% deposit is required for all orders $1000.00 and above upon confirmation, unless otherwise stated.
  • Lye Heng Food Supplies Ptd Ltd reserves the right to claim for compensation for any losses and/or breakages of all our wares & equipments, chargeable at cost price.


  • Prices
    • Prices are subjected to change and prevailing GST charge.
  • Buffet
    • Full buffet set-up inclusive of food warmers, tables for set-up, table cloth, skirting, serving utensils, disposable crockery and cutleries & trash bags.
    • Increment of order must be in multiples of five (05) pax.
  • Packet / Bento / Microwave Food Box
    • Food will be packed in disposable microwave / bento / foam / plastic containers inclusive of disposable cutleries
    • No collection required.
  • Mini Buffet
    • Food will be packed in disposable microwave containers and/or aluminum trays inclusive of disposable crockery and cutleries.
    • Increment of order must be in multiples of five (05) pax.
    • No collection required.

Changes / Cancellation

  • Any amendment to booking or confirmed order must be made at least three (03) working days before event date.
  • An administrative charge of $50.00 will be levied for changes made to a confirmed order lesser than three (03) working days.
  • Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd reserves the right not to entertain any last minute amendments.
  • 70% cancellation charges are applicable for all confirmed orders. Full invoice amount will be charged for cancellation made twenty-four (24) hours or less before the event date.


  • Delivery time is from 8am to 7pm daily.
  • Collection will be done after four (04) hours from the time of delivery. Latest non-chargeable collection time, if applicable, is by 10pm, regardless of time delivered.
  • Delivery charge of $40.00 per trip is applicable for all Buffet orders and $30.00 for Packet meal / Mini buffet. During festive periods, please reconfirm with our catering consultants on all transportation charges.
  • A chargeable surcharge of:-
    • $10.00 for delivery to areas within CBD/ERP, Tuas, Changi, Loyang and Offshore Areas.
    • $40.00 for delivery before 8am and after 7pm.
    • $50.00 for collection after 10pm to 11pm.
    • $100.00 for collection after 11pm to 12mn latest.
    • $50.00 for next day collection at our driver’s convenience.
    • $30.00 PER LEVEL for delivery to venues without lift landing.
  • Please allow up to 30 minutes grace period before or after the expected time (subject to weather, road condition, and security requirement or parking issues). Festive seasons may require longer grace period.
  • While we strive to arrive at the requested timing, we regret any inconveniences and delays caused by various conditions beyond our control. However, the customer is still liable for payment and these instances do not constitute to any refund on the catering price or any form of compensation even if the catering order is declined.
  • Kindly take note that Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd and its staff will not be held responsible for any damages made during the set-up, duration of event and collection not caused directly and/or deliberately.



  • Full payment strictly by CASH or CROSSED CHEQUE to be collected upon delivery (cheque made payable to “Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd”), unless otherwise approved.
  • For cash payments, customers are advised to get our delivery staff to acknowledge receipt of payment and write the staff’s full name on the invoice. Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd will not entertain any dispute of payments unless proof of payment can be furnished.
  • Only cash payments are accepted for self-collection at our kitchen.
  • Pre-payment of full amount may be required for delivery to non-residential area/ non-billable address.



  • Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Site will be deemed to constitute acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
  • When you submit an order to us either through the Site, e-mail, postal mail, phone, fax and/or other means, you agree that you do so subject to these Terms and Conditions current at the date you submit your order.
  • You are responsible for reviewing and to fully understood the latest Terms and Conditions each time you want to submit your order.


Important Note

  • Catered food with buffet set-up is advised to be consumed within 3 hours upon arrival time.
  • Mini Buffet and Packet meal is advised to be consumed within 1 hour upon arrival time.
  • Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd shall not bear any responsibility for any food consumption after the stipulated time (written on the buffet advisory notice and/or packet meal label), and packing of food for later consumption.
