General

Is your food Halal Certified?

Yes, our food sources and kitchen are Halal-certified by MUIS. We will provide you with the Halal certificate upon request.

What services do you provide?

Buffet, Mini-Buffet, Packet or Bento Meals and Live Stations for all occasions.

How much food should I order?

Although we provide additional 10% buffer, customers are advised to place their orders based on the exact number of guests they are inviting. However, as good food always run out fast, do note that some guests may consume more than the food portion catered for them. Therefore, the extra 10% buffer that we provide should not be used to minimise your order.

How can I place my order?

You can place your order by phone, fax, email or submitting your request via our online order form. Online orders must be placed minimum five (5) working days before the date of function. You may also contact our catering consultants to place your order.


Note: Please contact our catering consultant for any orders four (4) days before date of function. Subject to slot availability.

How soon will I get a reply after I submitted my order?

Our usual response time is within two (2) working days upon receiving your email or online order request. If you do not hear from us, please kindly contact our catering consultants @ 6755 6755.

Can I cancel or postpone my order?

Yes. Please kindly contact our catering consultants for any cancellation or postpone notices. Note that customers may only postpone an order once and cancellation policy is applicable for all confirmed orders.

Are there any cancellation charges for confirmed orders?

70% cancellation charge of the invoice amount are applicable for all confirmed orders. Full invoice amount will be charged for cancellation made twenty four (24) hours or less before the event date.

Buffet/Hi-Tea

Does the buffet include table settings?

Yes, all catered buffet, unless stated otherwise includes full setup with tables, skirting, food warmers, and utensils inclusive of disposable crockery, cutleries, serviettes and trash bag.

Mini buffet comes in disposable aluminium tray or microwave containers inclusive of utensils and disposable crockery, cutleries and serviettes.

Do you provide disposable crockery and cutleries?

Yes, disposable crockery and cutleries are provided for all buffets. We provide 1:1 with additional buffer.

How long do you take to setup?

The setup time may vary but we usually require 30mins for setup, subjective to number of pax ordered.

Can you customize a menu for my needs?

Of course we can. Do drop us an email if you have any special requests or requirements. We will do our best to customize a menu that suits you.

Are there any delivery charges?

Delivery charge of $40+ per trip is applicable for all regular buffet orders. However, there will be a surcharge of $10+ for delivery to areas within CBD/ERP, Tuas, Changi, Loyang and Offshore Areas.


However, do note that there will be different delivery charge for Live Station, Wedding and Banquet Events.

When will the buffet set-up be collected?

The set-up is generally collected 4 hours after delivery.

What is your latest collection time?

Our latest collection time is at 10pm regardless of the delivery time. Please note that there will be a $50+ charge for next day collection at driver’s convenience and $50+ – $100+ for collection after 10pm.

Packed Meal/Bento Meal

What do you pack the meals in?

For packet meal, we will pack the food in microwavable boxes.
For bento meal, we will pack the food in bento boxes.

Do you provide cutleries?

Yes, disposable cutleries are provided for packet and/or bento meal.

What is the delivery charge like?

Delivery charge of $30+ per location is applicable for all packet and bento orders.
However, there will be a surcharge of $10+ for delivery to areas within CBD/ERP, Tuas, Changi, Loyang and Offshore Areas.

Payment

What payment options do you accept?

Full payment via cash or cheque upon delivery. Payment details will be provided together with the confirmation of order. Pre-payment may be required for delivery to non-residential area.

Who do I bill to if I am paying a cheque?

For cheque payments, please cross the cheque and have it payable to “Lye Heng Food Supplies Pte Ltd”.
